HDC Thakeham area health walks

All are welcome to join guided, free, sociable, HDC walks led by trained volunteers; no need to book, just turn up at the start point. A 3½ mile, mostly flat, easy circular walk through the National Trust’s Sullington Warren, (heathland containing Bronze Age burial mounds) then on to Sandgate Park. Sat 3 March 8:30am: Washington Common and Ashington Meet at Georges Lane National Trust Car Park, Washington. A pleasant 6 mile walk, taking 2½ hours, exploring the woodland and countryside around Ashington and Warren Hill.
