Meeting agendas are also published at the same times on parish noticeboards.
Public attendance at in-person meetings during the ongoing period of Covid risk concern. Members of the public are able to attend in-person meetings but please be aware that, given ongoing Covid transmission risks, safety measures in place will include a limit on numbers in the meeting room, social distancing, wearing of face masks and hand sanitising. To ensure that the numbers limit is not exceeded, those wishing to attend are asked to book a seat by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01798 815305 by noon on the date of the meeting in question. Responses to HDC recently agreed by Neighbourhood Planning Committee
Due to the Covid-19 situation, the Committee is currently agreeing its responses to minor cases under its established protocol for responding to HDC by delegated action (Standing Orders section 4e(ii)). Meetings continue to be convened for major planning cases/issues (see agenda/minute section above).
